DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead alignment meetings to define the role, set expectations, and build the recruitment strategy
  • Leverage and create inclusive, marketable, and succinct job postings
  • Use a variety of channels for candidate sourcing to attract a diverse pool of applicants
  • Take proactive measures to ensure an unbiased and inclusive hiring process
  • Facilitate debriefs and consult through the selection process
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and databases to keep candidate information organized and accessible
  • Follow service level agreements and standard operating procedures to meet recruitment goals
  • Regularly review metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Influence our talent brand by establishing candidate experience best practices
  • Consult hiring managers through the recruitment process by leveraging data and best practices to drive progress
  • Provide regular recruitment progress updates to hiring managers, Talent Acquisition leader, Human Resource partners, and peers as needed
  • Consult HR Business Partners when necessary
  • Proactively collaborate across global Talent Acquisition and Human Resources
  • Participate and lead discussions during team meetings
  • Act as a key contributor and/or fully lead projects across Talent Acquisition and Human Resources
  • Indirectly lead or mentor recruiters and proactively seek guidance from others
  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years' recruitment, and/or general Human Resources experience
  • Ability to travel up to 15% (domestically and internationally)

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Experience sourcing candidates through creative, proactive sourcing
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with proven ability to consult, negotiate and influence at the senior level
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven learning agility, able to retain and apply new information and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team working towards a common goal, while also delivering individual results
  • Ability to effectively organize work while prioritizing multiple competing priorities
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data to infer insights and make data driven decisions
  • Recognized as results-oriented, self-directed, and adaptable to change
  • Site Specific: Ability to lift over 20lbs (career fair material) and stand at a career fair for up to 5 hours
  • Site Specific: Campus recruitment experience
  • Ability to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization
