C.H. Robinson is looking for a Pricing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing modal pricing as they relate to business opportunities. You will work in conjunction with the network of offices and are responsible for fulfilling requests to load customer pricing and commitments into C.H. Robinson platforms.

With the flexibility for remote work three days a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Coordinate, complete, and respond to daily pricing commitment requests in accordance with assigned due dates or service level agreements for new and existing customers
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies prior to pricing committed business
  • Document each pricing activity, detailing the compilation process to ensure clear communication with the relevant operations staff upon award.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at C.H. Robinson network offices to ensure you always have the latest pricing information for accessorial charges and market fluctuations.
  • Collaborate with management and peers to identify and implement best practices, continuously improving the quality of pricing activities and identifying trends that enhance win ratios.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of Global Forwarding Operations experience

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively partner
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multi-task, demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy, and adhere to deadlines across multiple requests
  • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment

Compensation Range
$19.47 - $40.43
