C.H. Robinson is looking for an Implementation Project Consultant!
You'll take charge of managing technical integrations and system setups for onboarding new business and supporting customer projects. From kickoff to Go Live, you'll document customer requirements, collaborate with Project Managers and tech teams, configure internal systems, and keep stakeholders updated on project progress.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Act as the technical liaison between customer teams and internal Development resources.
- Document customer requirements and translate them into internal processes and operations.
- Identify system gaps and recommend necessary enhancements.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
- Execute Process Transformation Methodology, including documenting expectations, analyzing current processes, and designing Future State solutions.
- Develop and execute testing plans, SOPs, and training materials, and conduct customer training.
- Coordinate project notes and ensure project plan execution with all deadlines met.
- Oversee progress of project team resources and contribute to tool and methodology development.
- Manage helpdesk tickets (myQ) and provide Go-Live support to account teams.
- Support Business Development and ensure compliance with SOC processes.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Technical project management experience
- Prior experience working with customers, vendors, or carriers
- Basic facilitation skills including but not limited to relationship management, presentation, discussion, documentation, and accountability
- Previous experience with TMS software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop and deliver presentations for internal and external audiences at all levels
- Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts internally and externally at all levels
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- Ability to work flexible hours (some weekend/late hours may be required)
- Ability to travel up to 20% travel may be required (domestically)
