Grow Profitably

  • Manage account P&L and financial performance.
  • Maintain accurate revenue projections and resource allocation.
  • Create supply chain solutions using customer data and requirements.

Global Capabilities

  • Align enterprise capabilities with customer goals and strategy.
  • Develop and execute a collaborative strategic plan.
  • Advocate for project-based delivery models to meet customer expectations.

Customer Relationships

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with executive-level contacts.
  • Lead initiatives to deliver customer value and operational excellence.
  • Align business functions globally to support the customer's strategic plan.

Talent

  • Mentor and guide Service Delivery teams.
  • Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
  • Encourage continuous improvement within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • +6 years of professional experience in account management, specifically working with key, strategic clients
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain and/or Logistics industry
  • Proven ability to manage P&L and drive profitability
  • Strong strategic thinking and alignment with customer goals
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and relationship management
  • Experience presenting to key decision makers, both internal and external
  • Proven track record in consultative sales and managing customer expectations
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and team leadership skills
  • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
