DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Adapt applications, reporting, and analysis based on feedback while maintaining a standard library for current and future business applications
- Utilize agile processes to manage reviewed work through work management tools
- Interpret internal and external business challenges, recommending best practices to enhance products, processes, or services
- Extract and analyze medium-scale data to address ambiguous questions and work directly with personnel across the network
- Proactively analyze topics, develop fact-supported recommendations for behavioral change, and identify operational improvements
- Collaborate with internal analytical teams and departments to develop predictive solutions and understand trends impacting business changes
- Create, document, and maintain project plans, process flows, and metrics while communicating progress and facilitating meetings
- Work closely with reporting resources to build key data sets for operational and exploratory analysis using tools like Power BI and Tableau
- Advocate for data-driven products that help global customers improve business outcomes and enhance supply chain services
- Promote a positive working relationship among team members and perform other duties as assigned based on team or country-specific requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial or business analyst capacity
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with data visualization tools, including Power BI, Tableau, and SQL querying
- Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Logistics and supply chain experience
- Ability to motivate and drive change to achieve positive results in a large, dispersed organization
- Positive, collaborative working style with effective and flexible communication skills
- Experience in data and financial analysis for sales or operations organizations
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
- Demonstrated ability to present, influence, and consult with stakeholders at various levels
- Skilled in making recommendations, articulating analysis, and addressing questions or pushback from key stakeholders
- Experience in developing and communicating business insights in a clear, data-driven manner
- Organized and disciplined in self and project management, while valuing a diverse and inclusive work environment
