DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Serve as the primary contact for customer needs, ensuring timely order fulfillment and satisfaction
- Manage conflicts and navigate challenging conversations with tact and diplomacy
- Ensure warehouse KPIs and service commitments are met with high-quality execution
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive change management initiatives
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend actionable solutions
- Act as a liaison between Warehouse and Commercial teams to align goals and foster collaboration
- Advocate for customers by communicating their needs across the organization for resource prioritization
- Develop and utilize inventory reporting to support customer fulfillment and inventory management
- Analyze data and lead process improvements to enhance warehouse operations and service delivery
- Lead action plans to address inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement across the warehouse
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 0 to 2 years of previous C.H. Robinson experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong strategic orientation, relationship building, negotiation skills (ability to persuade, motivate and influence others), and business acumen
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory operational environments
- Ability to thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results
- Strong prioritization skills, multi-tasking skills, and works with a sense of urgency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must work effectively with all levels of management and employees
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Ability to travel up to 10% (domestically)

Compensation Range
$20.63 - $32.16
