About the role
We are hiring for a Program Manager for our Vendor Strategy and Operations function. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, managing vendor relationships, and leading programs that expand our operational capabilities and enhance member experience. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of vendor management in a highly regulated environment.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $130,050.00 and up to $180,600.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to
- Lead complex mission critical programs for the Vendor Operations team and overall Operations organization
- Build, maintain, and enhance deep strategic relationships with key vendors to ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives as well as a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure core Vendor Strategy and Operations programs are aligned with requirements and timelines of our network
- Collaborate with the Vendor Operations team to lead the development and implementation of core vendor operations tools ensuring operational excellence for the organization
- Be responsible for building and implementing vendor health metrics, collaborate with internal business partners to own the management of those metrics and overall vendor performance
- Identify, build, and implement strategy programs that evolve our operational capabilities and drive operational excellence across our vendor operation
- Build and implement a continuous improvement framework to make Vendor Operations processes more efficient
To thrive in this role, you have
- 7+ years experience in management consulting, strategy, or operations, preferably in the Fintech or financial services industry and knowledge of BPO/Support Operations space
- Strong program management and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience using complex data to identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions that translate to business requirements
- Ability to see the bigger picture and effectively communicate it to key stakeholders explaining complex concepts, and influencing buy-in
- The capacity to think critically, identify solutions, and address challenges in a timely and effective manner.
- The ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing regulations and industry trends.
