About the role
The Revenue Operations & Strategy team is essential to enabling Chime Enterprise's revenue growth. We partner with business leaders in driving GTM strategy, revenue planning, incentive compensation planning, reporting, and driving operational effectiveness in our GTM systems and processes.
The GTM Systems & Process Manager will play a critical role in defining our marketing, sales, implementations, and client success processes and ensuring that our CRM aligns with them in a scalable, effective, and efficient manner. Our ideal candidate is highly collaborative, efficient in time management, and has experience in building CRM and data operations processes from 0 to 1.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $97,000 and up to $121,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role, you can expect to
- Analyze and evaluate key aspects of the GTM process and tooling; identify process improvement opportunities to scale our GTM motion and reduce friction across the revenue funnel
- Provide system administration support for the CRM, focusing on user permissions, custom objects, workflows, and profiles.
- Create, manage, and optimize complex workflow rules, data validation, and approval processes.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards
- Coordinate and support integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools.
- Support daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, user adoption, training, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve data anomalies, maintaining high data integrity.
To thrive in this role, you have
- At least 3 years of experience in configuring and administering a CRM system with a strong preference for HubSpot
- Experience working directly with sales teams and implementing their requirements in the CRM system.
- Experience integrating new tools and systems into CRMs
- Experience working at companies with B2B2C business models
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- The ability to move fast, be bold and entrepreneurial, while thriving in a dynamic, quickly-changing environment
- The ability to distill business and customer data and present to business leaders.
