About the role

We are hiring for a Large Enterprise Account Executive on our sales team. As our Account Executive, you will help develop key markets and build strong relationships, so we can partner with Fortune 500 companies and drive revenue growth.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $146,500 and up to $238,500. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to (responsibilities)

  • Become expert in the Chime Enterprise product suite, the value of our products to working Americans, and the positive impact we can have on our clients bottom line
  • Sweat the details and be in the weeds for all prospect accounts and sales processes
  • Have strong presentation skills resonant with senior executives at Fortune 500 accounts

Drive outcome and lead the team on complex sales cycles from initiation through launch of the benefit
  • Navigate corporate structures to demonstrate value to multiple executive stakeholders
  • Develop & run strong channel & direct relationships to consistently move clients to a close
  • Consistently drive revenue production by meeting and exceeding a set quota

To thrive in this role, you have(requirements)
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales quota objectives with large enterprise employers
  • 8+ years of experience in complex B2B outside sales
  • Success selling HR services, SaaS, or benefits to Fortune 500 accounts
  • Proven ability to develop and manage relationships, while influencing key stakeholders enterprise wide, including the C-suite
  • Operate with a strong sense of urgency creating a results-driven, team-oriented environment
  • Must have the highest level of personal integrity and values
  • Ability to move fast, be bold and entrepreneurial, while thriving in a dynamic, quickly-changing environment
  • Specific ability to work with Chime Enterprise senior management to craft and deliver full sales motion to target customers
