This role will serve as a key team member of the GenAI Foundation, leading critical business transformation efforts that aim to identify opportunities to incorporate GenAI in each role across our organization. You will collaborate with senior leaders to design roadmaps that prioritize the highest-value applications of the technology, and you will partner closely with our Talent and Learning groups to ensure employees are equipped to adopt new tools. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership and communication skills, experience with driving change through technical solutions, and a passion for responsible and impactful AI adoption.

This Project Full-time role is a TEMPORARY, full-time position up to a maximum of 36 months. Our Flexible Future model offers a healthy mix of working in person and virtually, strengthening key elements of the Chick-fil-A culture by fostering collaboration and community.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Chick-fil-A GenAI policies, best practices, and ethical standards, providing guidance to teams across the organization
  • Define and own the strategic learning objectives for GenAI Staff curriculum, in partnership with Learning & Development, which empower employees to confidently use GenAI in their day-to-day work
  • Lead efforts to identify tasks that can be streamlined or augmented through GenAI in every role in our organization through a series of focus groups, detailed interviews, and surveys
  • Consult to department roadmaps and influence investment in highest value-add GenAI initiatives
  • Clearly and compellingly articulate the value proposition of GenAI to internal stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the strategy for GenAI implementation and adoption at scale
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership showcasing opportunities for increased effectiveness
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and experimentation with GenAI
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure alignment and support for generative AI initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, earning trust and respect
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, results, and learnings
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to the responsible and ethical use of Generative AI
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements and trends in Generative AI technologies and research


Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in technical program and/or change management
  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading significant technical initiatives and programs
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to shifting priorities, and make sound decisions in complex and evolving environments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstration of leadership and strong collaboration
  • Experience in driving teams and management to decisions
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence and persuade at all levels
  • Ability to quickly learn and comprehend technical systems
  • Servant spirit with a strong sense of stewardship
