Overview

The Customer and Market Insights team is the trusted source and strategic thought partner for Customer, Consumer, Team Member, and competitive insights. Team Members are Operators' employees that serve on the frontline to deliver positive guest experiences in Restaurant. This role is an experienced research professional who is passionate about deeply understanding Operators' Team Members and using insights to make Chick-fil-A the frontlines' favorite place to work.

This role supports the Team Member Experience team with insights and analytics to take ground with this Chick-fil-A audience. The Sr. Team Member Insights Lead should be a confident and agile researcher who can effectively lead and consult across new opportunities for the Team Member Experience team including the creation of strategic research plans, insights design, analytics, and activation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with team member experience team to design, manage, and lead qualitative and quantitative research projects that identify insights to positively impact the Team Member experience
  • Manage and interpret annual team member engagement tracking studies to support Operators monitor their Restaurant experience and industry trends over time. Leverage insights to identify shifts in Team Member sentiment and make recommendations to enhance initiative development, marketing strategies, and Team Member experience improvements.
  • Select and collaborate with 3 rd party vendors to enhance insights capabilities. Manage relationships to ensure high quality deliverables, timely executions, and alignment to business goals
  • Manage team member sources of truth to provide insights on the frontline and a broader understanding of competitive context both in and outside of the QSR category
  • Partner with Field Insights to conduct team member surveys for initiatives throughout the innovation process
  • Lead online community of Chick-fil-A team members to provide insights on key initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver compelling recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into actional insights


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired
  • 4+ year's of full-time work experience in consumer or employee insights
  • Proven track record of excellence in communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to influence key stakeholders along the project decision track and across multiple areas of the organization
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative work environment
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities Ability to manage multiple projects balancing timelines and priorities


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree
  • Business, Psychology, Finance Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or other social science area of research.
