Overview

The Sr. Specialist provides regional coordination to Chick-fil-A's Strategic Reinvestment program for its portfolio of Existing Restaurants within the Restaurant Development department. They engage Staff and external partners to facilitate collaboration and help hold teams accountable to capital investment strategy solutions requested by restaurant Operators (franchisees) along with those recommended by the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional Staff Leads in request review, project approval, pipeline development, and coordination of any required real estate components, including supporting complex, deadline-driven assignments.
  • Collaborate with other Chick-fil-A enterprise teams to devise cross-functional solutions for specific restaurants and markets.
  • Contribute to process modeling and optimization for program consistency and efficiency.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and external partners to meet project deliverables.
  • Develop and distribute key communications to restaurant Operators (franchisees) and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure critical location-specific attributes are maintained at project completion to secure enterprise data integrity.
  • Serve as primary Staff point of contact for regional critical path needs (e.g., invoice approvals, bond submissions, and document execution).

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1 year of project or executive coordination-related experience
  • Demonstrates exceptional care for others through sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership.
  • Shares lessons learned and key practices with teammates to strengthen program consistencies
  • Manages priorities methodically, addresses unexpected/critical internal and external requests, and maintains a balanced workload
  • Resourceful at identifying and resolving issues independently
  • Skilled at providing clear and concise written and oral communications within reasonable timeframes
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, SmartSheet, TRIRIGA/integrated workspace management systems and various project management software
  • Quick and adaptable learner in continuously evolving landscapes


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • 3 years or more of project or executive coordination-related experience
  • 2 years or more Real Estate, Development, or Construction related experience.
