Overview

The Sr. Lead Insights Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Production Throughput Consultants in the areas of project management, team systems and processes, execution of film studies, and maintaining key stakeholder relationships with Operators and departmental teams. The Sr. Lead Insights Analyst will be an expert on Restaurant Operations at Chick-fil-A and have a foundational understanding of the Operator Franchise Agreement. This role will execute the film study process as well as lead footage review meetings with the Operator, Team Leaders, and Production Throughput Consultants. The Sr. Lead Insights Analyst will also be asked to serve as a liaison between the Production Throughput Team and other teams or individuals throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

Specialized Capability

  • Serve as "go to" Production Throughput representative to departmental partners for Production Throughput Film Studies.
  • Creates, maintains, and enhances systems and processes that support execution of Production Throughput Film Studies.
  • Establishes oneself with interpersonal skill through communication and relationship building to key departmental teams such as Facilities Management, Design, and Customer Throughput Consulting.


Management of Film Study Consultations

  • Utilizes technology to acquire and highlight key insights regarding a restaurant's Production
    Throughput, equipping Consultants to execute both virtual (video based) and in-person Consultations.
  • Manages consultation queue and liaises with Operators and Restaurant Leaders with a high level of organization and responsiveness.
  • Establishes personal credibility - demonstrates professionalism and relevant knowledge in interactions with Operators and Staff to assist in continuing to build trust in Consulting at Chick-fil-A.


Support Center Influence

  • Serves as liaison between Production Throughput Team and other departmental teams.
  • Leads and executes research projects.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Foundational business acumen
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
  • Developed communication skills (oral and written)
  • Experience with Project Management
  • Demonstrated ability to design effective presentations
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Ability to balance multiple, sometimes conflicting stakeholder interests
  • Ability to distill complex, disparate data into actionable insights
  • Experience facilitating groups to reach common goals


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five (5) years of relevant business experience, two (2) years of Chick-fil-A Restaurant Experience
