Overview

As part of the Customer & Market Insights team at Chick-fil-A, it is our role to power Customer-informed decisions by providing meaningful insights that fuel innovation around service, product development, messaging, and experience. The role of Senior Lead Insights Analyst for Customer & Market Insights is integral in helping link Customer behavior to business results in order to inform marketing decisions. This role is responsible for providing analytics that guide intentional growth for Chick-fil-A's order fulfillment channels with a focus on owned and third party delivery. We are looking for someone with a passion for using analytic tools and techniques to drive toward insights that will influence and power business decisions through effective partnerships with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as analytic liaison between Customer & Market Insights and internal stakeholders in support of innovation and optimization of order fulfillment channels with a focus on owned and third party delivery
  • Responsible for partnering with leaders across Chick-fil-A to evaluate performance of various components of order fulfillment
  • Help identify and measure innovative ways to enhance the Customer order fulfillment experience
  • Work across numerous projects related to order fulfillment, delivery, and digital ordering, often dealing with new data sets that require advanced knowledge and new methodologies
  • Provide leadership and advisement, known as primary SME for Customer delivery experience insights and data; sought after collaborator for expertise
  • Given significant latitude to manage projects and service up recommendations; empowered to meet with partners to shape decisions related to Customer order fulfillment experiences
  • Fully own methodology decisions across broad range of projects
  • Fully responsible for outcomes and timelines of all projects
  • Provide thought leadership regarding the path to business growth through channel and delivery initiatives
  • Influence Customer experience decisions with significant strategic and financial impact


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience partnering well with cross-functional teams, being highly collaborative
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced project manager
  • Quick and versatile learner
  • Strong analytical skills in hypothesis generation and data identification
  • Advanced skills with database queries or programming languages (SQL)
  • Advanced data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Ability to convey insights in clear and compelling way


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field such as Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or other similar field
  • Master's degree in quantitative field
  • Experience with Python or R
  • Experience analyzing data in sales or retail industries
