Overview

Chick-fil-A Staff Selection Sr. Lead Advisors are highly skilled individuals who lead and manage talent acquisition practices to ensure the proper and effective identification and placement of talent. They partner with Hiring Managers, Leaders, and Interview teams to clearly understand their strategy and business needs and lead them through the selection process. They lead the recruitment and interview process and act as key contact for candidates. They develop recruiting strategies to support the start-up of new Distribution Center locations, develop diversity recruitment strategies, attend college campus and industry events and support Chick-fil-A Supply Services openings when needed.

  • Build client relationships with client contacts at all levels of the organization
  • Manage full-cycle selection process, to include data collection and analysis from beginning to end of the recruiting process in our applicant tracking system, as well as internal team resources as needed
  • Ensure diverse slate of candidates presented to Hiring Manager
  • Ensure remarkable candidate experience
  • Drive interview and selection process while maintaining strong relationships with hire managers
  • Collaborate with key internal clients to understand business strategy, direction, and talent needs
  • Utilize strategy information from key businesses/functions to develop a proactive talent strategy
  • Build a pipeline of talent for each functional areas supported
  • Generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates through advanced sourcing techniques
  • Represent Staff Selection Strategy at client at Leadership Team meetings
  • Performs work under limited supervision, conferring with superior on unusual matters
  • Work with wide latitude for unreviewed action or decision on most outcomes
  • Ability to lead or direct larger projects independently
  • Plans and directs projects and/or outcomes and provides technical leadership and consultation to others with independent decision-making authority
  • Ability to represent the organization in outside discussions and technical forums
  • Assist with the selection and/or oversight (including assistance with financial and/or budgetary management) of outside partners and professionals to effectively deliver outcomes and results
  • Monitor and consult to industry workforce trends
  • Lead requisition consult debrief meetings
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards Team on candidate compensation and job leveling
  • Source active and passive candidates to provide a strong interview slate to hiring teams
  • Support interview training and coaching interviewers on hiring best practices
  • Support with training and onboarding of new talent acquisition team members


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 Years of related experience
  • Demonstrated passion for identifying talents and strengths in others
  • Facilitation/presentation experience with large groups
  • Experience using an ATS
  • Experience recruiting and conducting advanced Boolean sourcing techniques
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Track record indicative of high business acumen, including the ability to understand general business
  • Computer proficiency including e-mail, Excel spreadsheet, Microsoft Windows and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve significant results while working independently and with minimal supervision


Preferred Qualifications

  • Behavioral-based interviewing experience
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates in a distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment
  • Experience with iCIMS
  • SPHR or PHR Certification
  • Experience training, leading or influencing a team or group
