Overview

The Sr. Lead Advisor role is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to Restaurant Operators and Team Members regarding their Chick-fil-A (CFA) Supply orders and deliveries. This role will help drive innovative solutions between Restaurants and CFA Supply. The Sr. Lead Advisor role is part of the CFA Supply Restaurant Services Team and will work collaboratively with Restaurants to facilitate Restaurant onboarding, optimize CFA Supply and Restaurant delivery processes and improve overall Restaurant satisfaction. This role supports Owner/Operators within certain markets and requires significant travel and time in Restaurants. This role works closely with Owner/Operators and Restaurant Team Members, Field Operators, and both internal and external Supply Chain partners to facilitate Supply Chain solutions to support Restaurants. To succeed in this role, one must provide remarkable responsiveness to Owner/Operators and our Restaurants, listen attentively, communicate effectively, and influence both inside and outside of the organization.

Responsibilities

To be successful, the advisor will embrace Chick-fil-A's culture of care, and champion best-in-class customer service to Restaurant Owner/Operators and Team Members. The role will include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities:
  • Facilitate effective onboarding of Restaurants to CFA Supply
  • Execute customer satisfaction surveys to gauge Restaurant satisfaction levels
  • Enable continuous improvement efforts in Restaurants by facilitating effective solutions for Restaurant ordering and CFA delivery processes
  • Build relationships with Restaurant Operators, Restaurant Team Members, Field Operations, Supply Chain, CFA Supply and external partners, in order to promote overall collaboration and partnership with CFA Supply
  • Be responsive to the needs of Restaurant Operators and Team Members
  • Value both results and relationships in all interactions to provide a caring work environment
  • Be able to navigate confrontational situations, ensuring all parties are treated with honor, dignity, and respect


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree - Supply Chain or Business Degree preferred
  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • A self-starter with excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills - a team player who can work independently when necessary
  • Interested and engaged in finding solutions for continuous improvement
  • Strong personal initiative with limited need for close supervision
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Desire for ongoing personal growth and development
  • Positive orientation towards difficult challenges
  • Able to anticipate needs, lead multiple projects and manage shifting priorities
  • Able to travel for 80-90% of the job for Chick-fil-A Operator/market visits and related travel

  • Strong distribution, transportation, customer service skills
  • Strong meeting facilitation skills
  • Chick-fil-A Restaurant or other foodservice experience
