Chick-fil-A is seeking an analytical-minded individual to enhance Chick-fil-A's delivery technology. The ideal candidate will have experience with analyzing data and project management, particularly at the intersection where digital products meet physical operations. Since the delivery experience is closely tied to restaurant operations, it's crucial for this role to effectively integrate the perspectives of Operators and Team Members when designing exceptional digital experiences for our Customers.

This role is part of the Customer Digital & Delivery team, and reports to the Marketing department.
The Chick-fil-A Support Center is launching a new project-based role that is part of the Customer Digital & Delivery Team within the Marketing department. This Project Full-Time role is a TEMPORARY, full-time position up to a maximum of 24 months.

Responsibilities
- Project management: refines, coordinates, and manages the prioritization of an 18-month roadmap for Chick-fil-A delivery technology products; crafts communication, provides support to the field, and reviews KPI reporting to ensure proper advancement of the technology.
- Product management: maintains feature development by gathering recommendations from cross-functional stakeholders; coordinates the requirements, relevant data, and stakeholder input to validate/pilot new solutions for Restaurants.
- Analytical expertise: experience analyzing data via excel and querying large datasets via SQL; measures KPIs to ensure adherence and advancement of the digital-delivery experience.
- Problem solving: continuously identifies and prioritizes new problems to solve, and clearly defines them when new business cases are generated; reviews stakeholder input, Customer feedback, transaction data, and Restaurant realities to develop a functional path toward a superior experience when compared to the marketplace.
- Cross-functional partnership: serves as the Primary Partner for Chick-fil-A delivery products; participates in cross-functional initiatives that include Field Operations, Service & Hospitality, Customer Technology Solutions, and others.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years work related experience
- Proven self-starter with experience in project management.
- Experience with Project Management and/or roadmap planning.
- Strong Analytical experience:
- Analyzing raw data via excel
- Querying data via SQL
- Ability to visualize data and create dashboards via Tableau.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Economics
- Experience with, and deep understanding of, restaurant operations.
- Comprehensive understanding of On-Demand delivery operations and logistics.
- Experience with logistics/delivery technology products.
- 2-5 years of work experience with:
- Defining business requirements via data/metrics
- Stewarding technical prioritization by engaging stakeholders in constructive discussions
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
