Overview

As a member of Entity Technology Solutions within DTT, this role leads the design, build and support of talent and HR systems to enable Chick-fil-A's emerging business lines. This role provides technical expertise and thought leadership as it partners closely with Talent, Learning and Development, HR and Payroll stakeholders supporting Chick-fil-A Supply, Bay Center Foods, and Chick-fil-A International. This role partners with other Technical Product Owners within DTT to ensure alignment across all system applications and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

This is a temporary, project-based position (up to three-year extended assignment)
  • Technical product owner for Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Timekeeping and Scheduling systems
  • Technical lead for integration capabilities between enterprise systems requiring people, payroll, timekeeping, or scheduling data (Workday, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Oracle Cloud ERP)
  • Provide technical thought leadership through end-to-end lifecycle of project (discovery, scoping, process mapping, and implementation)
  • Partner with VBL and International business stakeholders to build technology roadmap according to business capability requirements
  • Support resource planning and budgeting activities for VBL and International technology landscape
  • Manage relationship with key technology vendors by providing accountability to SLAs and weighing into vendor's technology roadmap by providing requirements of Chick-fil-A's emerging business lines
  • Oversee design, testing and implementation of new functionality and enhancements to HR technology stack as it relates to emerging business lines


Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product features
  • Experience with technical systems, data structures and language
  • Experience in business process diagramming and analysis
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them to techno-functional requirements that deliver desired outcomes
  • Knowledge and/or experience with Agile development approaches and techniques
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO)
  • Certified Scrum Professional - Product Owner
