Overview
Chick-fil-A Supply Chain is responsible for ensuring Chick-fil-A Restaurants receive safe and reliable product in a manner that flows as seamlessly with restaurant operations as possible.
As a Lead Analyst on the Supply Chain International team, you will influence our success through deriving and reporting actionable insights for various international Supply Chain initiatives. Combining advanced analytical skills with business knowledge, you will help support decision making, opportunity identification, and operational efficiencies across our supply chain and global business partners.
This individual will directly support and coordinate analytical work across multiple high-level leaders to provide insights for strategic decision making and action. They will develop and maintain complex models and dashboards, combining various external and internal data sources for to derive insights. This experienced individual will direct their own work with significant latitude while also providing technical leadership to co-workers. This individual may also help select and oversee outside partners.

Responsibilities
- Lead or direct the delivery of larger analytical projects independently
- Plan and conduct analytical assignments with significant latitude, generally involving the larger and more important projects or more than one project at a time
- Develop key performance indicators and integrate them across other Supply Chain functions
- Lead establishment and alignment of critical operational reporting
- Use statistical modeling and critical problem solving to uncover insights to influence action
- May act in liaison capacity with other departments, divisions, and entity organizations
- Recommends changes in business procedures and Supply Chain initiatives
- Know and applies comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain data and operational strategies to the completion of advanced analytical and business modeling assignments
- May assist with the selection and/or oversight (including assistance with financial and/or budgetary management) of outside partners and professionals to effectively deliver outcomes and results
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years work experience in analysis, information science, data visualization, or other relevant quantitative field preferred
- Previous experience identifying, cleaning, and structuring new data sources preferred
- Programming experience with some or all of the following: SQL, Python, SAS, or R
- Proficiency in working with relational databases and query authoring (SQL)
- Data visualization experience with Tableau or PowerBI
