Overview

This is a Remote Role.

The Lead Sourcing Advisor for Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent for our organization. The primary responsibility will be to proactively source candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals. This person will work closely with the recruiting team to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

  • Source and identify passive and active candidates using creative and innovative methods.
  • Utilize job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and other sourcing tools to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit for specific roles.
  • Engage with candidates through personalized messages, emails, and phone calls to establish rapport and communicate job opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and refine sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular updates on sourcing activities, candidate pipeline, and market trends to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Assist with other recruiting tasks and projects as needed.
  • Build strong, viable talent pipelines for the CRM and manager CRM workflows.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Experience actively working within a CRM
  • 5 years of corporate work experience and minimum of 3 years technical sourcing experience
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate documentation and data management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience with technical sourcing
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Avature CRM experience is preferred.
  • iCIMS ATS experience is preferred.
