Lead Advisor

Overview

The Lead Advisor will:

  • Respond promptly to requests for facilities-related repair work and be responsible for developing scopes of work collaboratively for our General Contractors to execute for a multitude of projects, including but not limited to HVAC, Plumbing, Roofs, Equipment, etc.
  • Serve as a regional project management professional initiating and executing work in conjunction with General Contractors, Field Consultants, Operators, and third-party vendors.
  • Be the central liaison between operators, field-facing support, and internal stakeholders, as it pertains to all things facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with multiple departments, teams, field staff, and Operators to ensure the current facilities and equipment meet the needs of the business
  • Support the resolution of Operator issues/escalations and overall satisfaction with programs and initiatives
  • Educate relevant stakeholders on key initiatives and processes
  • Review and execute cross-functional scopes of work for the organization (including, but not limited to: Specialty Consulting, Test and Rollout, mall remodels, warranty)
  • Contribute to projects that support restaurant quality improvement initiatives across the organization
  • Access and organize data and content in order to create effective reports and develop insights
  • Ensure regional Facilities & Equipment spending does not exceed allotted resources
  • Provide 24/7 emergency support to restaurants, including rotational after-hours phone service
  • Serve on inter and cross-departmental teams across the organization to represent the FEQ field perspective
  • Enhance and develop strong business relationships across the organization with an eye toward ensuring all functions are aligned for maximum operator satisfaction and representation
  • Facilitate meetings and lead cross-functional teams in order to achieve desired business outcomes
  • Always be open to new ideas and methods that might increase the effectiveness of the work we do


Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and priorities
  • Attention to detail and organization skills
  • Functional computer skills (Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel and Word, and other applicable software).
  • Project management experience
  • Strong personal initiative with limited need for close supervision
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Positive orientation towards difficult challenges

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of work experience in a professional work environment
