Overview
This role will support the Restaurant Development department by delivering analytical insights that support decisions around new restaurant and existing restaurant strategies. Strategies include measuring the performance and influencing the prioritization of new restaurants, facilities, equipment, and major remodels. In addition, this position will be expected to coach others in methods spanning across the analytical spectrum.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development, creation, and communication of programmatic analyses that influence new restaurant openings and remodel strategy.
- Conduct market penetration analyses, real estate gap/void analysis, and other real estate analytics
- Lead the analytical validation process of new restaurant innovations aimed at increasing flow, efficiency, and capacity of CFA restaurants. This includes working with several departments across CFA in the selection of test restaurants, test duration, and measurement method within the validation process.
- Subject matter expert in analytical methods that will often coach/teach others to select the appropriate descriptive/predictive/prescriptive analytic method.
- Build predictive/prescriptive models that influence new and existing restaurant pipelines.
- Actively managing data process flows and tables to ensure data quality
- This position will be expected to work with and present analyses to Senior leaders across departments

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Analytics, Engineering or Mathematics related fields
- 5 years (inclusive of years spent in a Masters program)
- Strong experience in Alteryx, Tableau and/or Power BI (OR EQUIVALENT VISUALIZATION TOOL)
- Strong SQL programming skills
- Strong ability to coach others spanning from descriptive to predictive/prescriptive analytical methods
- Ability to work with Redshift, Bigquery, SQL server, and/or other database technologies
- Knowledge of basic statistical concepts
- Demonstrated ability to partner with peers and leaders using strong written and verbal communication, catering messages to
- Proven ability to work with high autonomy to plan and direct large, cross functional analytical projects
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments requiring enterprise wide thinking
- Demonstrated ability to plan and direct multiple analytical projects to address a variety of business needs, includes working with high autonomy from project discovery to project completion
- Experience providing technical leadership and consultation to stakeholders with wide range for unreviewed action or decision making
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Analytics, Engineering, or other Mathematics related fields
- 7 years of work related experience
- Experience with dbt
- Experience with Python and/or R
- Experience in building capacity models
- Experience with data governance principles and implementation
- Advanced knowledge of basic statistical concepts
