Chewy is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Sr. Program Change Manager. At Chewy, we’re changing the veterinary care experience from the ground up! With the launch of our new vet clinics in early 2024, we are looking for a Sr. Program Change Manager to join our Healthcare Team to lead cross-functional Change Management.   • Partner with the Director of Program Management to roll out the customized Chewy Vet Care Change Management Process (CHAMP).
  • Coach, guide and mentor internal clients on leading change efforts.
  • Work on multiple Change initiatives independently and participate as a team member to deliver successful projects and programs.
  • Consult on program-wide opportunities for strategic improvement
  • For projects as assigned, design and execute all facets of a Change Management Strategy and tactical plan including but not limited to: 
    • Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement Plans.
    • Detailed Impact Assessments.
    • Communications Strategies and Tactical Plans.
    • Training Strategies and Tactical Plans.
    • Reinforcement and Resistance Management Strategies.
    • Design and deployment of Organizational Readiness Assessments.
    • Building and running measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes.
    • Create strategies to close gaps on adoption needs.

What You'll Need:

  • 7+ years of leading Enterprise-wide Organizational Change initiatives.
  • Experience developing transformation solutions to accelerate proficiency and adoption of technology, process, and strategy changes.
  • Certified in at least one Change Management Methodology.
  • Smartsheet proficiency 
  • Proven ability to mentor and coach individuals around change management practices and processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Extraordinary interpersonal skills with audiences of all levels.
  • Ability to develop a set of actionable and targeted change leadership plans including all items listed in Role Description.

Bonus:

  • Masters degree in HR, Industrial Psychology or other related field.
  • 3+ years in a management consulting environment
