Senior UX Program Manager, Design Operations

Boston, MA

Our Opportunity:

Chewy is dedicated to being the most trusted and convenient online destination for pet parents (and partners), everywhere. On the Product Design and Research team, we embrace this vision (and our pets!). We craft experiences that delight customers (and the businesses and veterinarians that support them) and empower them to keep their pets happy and healthy. As a team of hard-working, collaborative, and fun-loving designers, program managers, researchers, and builders, we’re looking for creative and driven talent to join the pack.

We are seeking a Senior UX Program Manager to join the Design Operations team at Chewy. This role will support the Core Product Design & Research team, specifically focusing on our Design System, organization wide process improvement, and design operations support. You will partner directly with UX Senior Leadership to establish design best practices, system and tool governance, and lead the administrative complexity for the team so that researchers and designers can focus on solving customer problems. You will be responsible for defining program achievements, collaborator communications, and roadmap tracking for the Chewy Design System
