Your Opportunity:

Chewy is seeking a Talent Intelligence Analyst to join our multifaceted Talent Acquisition (TA) team. In this critical role, you’ll use external labor market data, along with qualitative and quantitative analysis, to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations that craft Chewy’s hiring strategies. The Talent Intelligence team plays a vital role in guiding our recruitment efforts with data-driven market insights.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with TA leadership to drive research and reporting initiatives. Understanding regional and industry-specific talent supply and demand trends is a core component of this role. This is a chance to create a significant impact by uncovering industry trends, competitor strategies, and talent dynamics, all while enabling the TA team to attract best-in-class talent across roles, levels, and geographies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to respond to talent intelligence requests, including market assessments, geographical labor studies, conference talent mapping, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Apply sophisticated tools like LinkedIn Insights, U.S. Census data, Talent Neuron, and Draup to generate actionable labor market insights.
  • Regularly assess and report on talent market trends, industry shifts, and competitive activity, sharing insights with TA partners to give guidance on recruiting strategies.
  • Build detailed talent maps and develop reports that identify and analyze talent pools across roles, levels, industries, and locations.
  • Craft and refine data collection processes, finding opportunities to simplify and automate intelligence workflows.
  • Act as a thought partner to TA leadership, providing market-led recommendations to address talent acquisition challenges.
  • Maintain and update a repository of talent intelligence resources, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and actionable.
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to guide workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Lead and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality insights under fluctuating workloads.

 What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent intelligence, labor market analysis, or related market research roles.
  • Strong familiarity with labor market dynamics and external recruitment research tools.
  • Experience in recruiting or a shown understanding of recruitment processes is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in tools such as ATS systems, LinkedIn Insights, Talent Neuron, Draup, or other labor market analytics platforms.
  • Proven track record to interpret sophisticated data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies that drive substantial results.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey insights efficiently to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy when working with data.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, vibrant environment, leading multiple priorities with a proactive, self-starting approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Analytics) or equivalent experience.

What You’ll Get:

  • A place where you can be your authentic self and grow your career. Our pet parents and partners are from everywhere--different places and different walks of life. It is what makes them unique. Likewise, Chewtopians are encouraged to bring their points of view to deliver on our mission!
  • Work in a culture that cares, with managers who value you and your career journey. Be empowered to think big, thrive with delivering results, and to become your best.
  • Development of important connections with a diverse group of Chewtopians through Team Member Resource Groups and celebrate inclusivity with various company events, programs, and activities.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision benefits, in addition to wellness programs and resources, enabling you to be your best self in and outside of work.

Chewy is committed to equal opportunity. We value and embrace diversity and inclusion of all Team Members. If you have a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act or similar law, and you need an accommodation during the application process or to perform these job requirements, or if you need a religious accommodation, please contact CAAR@chewy.com.
