Senior Talent Acquisition Marketing & Sourcing Manager

Boston, MA

Our Opportunity:

Chewy is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Marketing & Sourcing Manager to drive talent attraction and acquisition for Chewy Vet Care (CVC) nationwide practices! Reporting to the Director of TA Marketing and Sourcing, this role requires strategic healthcare and talent marketing expertise to improve top-of-funnel recruitment through market research, campaign execution, event sponsorships, and on-the-ground activations. It is a key role in activating our employer brand position, value proposition, and elevating the candidate's experience to attract top talent to CVC's growing teams.

At Chewy, we’re changing the veterinary care experience from the ground up! It starts by creating a culture and work environment where veterinary teams can succeed every day. With the launch of our new veterinary practices in early 2024, we are looking for a full-time recruitment marketing expert with healthcare experience to implement a data-driven strategy to find the best talent to support the Chewy Vet Care brand.
