Chewy is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing Pet Health Insurance (CarePlus) team in Bellevue, WA or Boston, MA. The CarePlus team’s mission is to make healthcare more affordable and accessible to pet parents. We own and deliver solutions enabling customers to intuitively discover, clearly compare, seamlessly acquire and frictionlessly use pet health financial services on and off-Chewy.
As a senior product leader, you will develop and own the product features/enhancements roadmap + generate/own ideas for new capabilities/expansion opportunities while ensuring we continue to raise the bar for our customers. You will work cross-functionally across Product, UXD/UXR, Technology, Marketing, Category Management, Customer Service, Operations, and Executive teams to create and build support for a shared product vision. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution of features for Chewy Insurance Services, LLC.
What You'll Do:
- Use your customer-first approach to prioritize and deliver a defined set of objectives in collaboration with internal and external customers.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap for your product/feature suite ensuring product vision continually aligns with both customer and business goals.
- Synthesize business, market, and technical data to find opportunities, size them, and turn insights into potential features
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams through product discovery and delivery by incorporating inputs from all customers
- Build financial models to estimate the impact of proposed features
- Have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work optimally across cross-functional teams
- Provide concise written artefacts that effectively communicate adequate details based on the audience.
- Define and analyze measures of success (KPIs) for the initiatives you deliver. Use the data to deliver knowledge and insight to the wider team.
- Apply mechanisms to track progress and deliverables related to product/feature suite you own across all tech and non-tech tracks
What You'll Need:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, experience in a consumer-focused technology company building 0-1 product experience preferred
- MBA or equivalent product management experience preferred
- The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high degree of ownership, customer focus, the ability to keep up with industry trends, be data driven, think big, see around corners and have the ability to think through complex systems design solutions
- Experience working on greenfield ideas from concept-to-launch and the ability to deal with ambiguity
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative market research tools to gather customer insights and feedback
- Prefer experience with A / B testing methodologies and tools like Optimizely, Google Optimize, or similar platforms
- Experience presenting to senior executives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical abilities with validated experience turning data into actionable insights
- Position may require travel
Compensation & Benefits:
Our salary range for a Senior Product Manager position is $134,500.00 - $215,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k, and a new hire and annual equity grant.
