As part of this mission, Chewy is seeking a Project Manager, CVC Facilities to help us build a connected, flawless customer experience for our Veterinary practices. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the success of final setup of practice facilities prior to handoff to launch operations.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced facility coordinator that can work across multiple projects in order to enable success. They have a passion for getting things right and attention to detail.

What you’ll do:
- Complete practice set operations including handoff from construction, final installation of equipment, and final handoff to launch operations
- Handle issues from intake through resolution and follow up to ensure practice operations
- Operate to established budget and approval processes
- Maintain documentation for practice setup and maintenance standard operating procedures and clear handoffs to operating leaders
- Support day to day maintenance and basic repairs to ensure all operating systems are in working order
- Serve as project manager for practice optimization initiatives
What you’ll need:

- BA/BS in finance, business, engineering, or similar field
- 3+ years of facilities maintenance, preferably in retail or office services environment
- Strong self-initiative to prioritize duties and adapt to ambiguity
- Ability to complete tasks with attention to detail and on-time
- Flexibility to work nontraditional hours across time-zones where needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and technical ability to learn new systems
- Experience with project management and building management software
- Willingness to travel, up to 75%
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, push, carry, squat, and kneel
