Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking to hire a passionate, diligent, and customer-focused Program Manager, Reviews Programs based out of Bellevue, WA, Boston, MA, or Plantation, FL. The Reviews Program Management team develops and operates programs to increase user generated content for Chewy.com. This role will support our product sampling for reviews program, which is instrumental to successful new product launches.  If you are an analytical and driven leader with a passion for building new initiatives, this could be the right role for you!

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to work with diverse internal and external customers across all levels, and support prioritization of multiple high-visibility tasks. This candidate is expected to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires data-driven decision making to support real-time action.  The successful candidate will balance the needs of Program Management, Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, Product, and external vendors to successfully implement this new and unique program. This role interacts with a variety of functions and levels, and requires excellent communication, data analysis, and program management skills. Does this sound like you? What You’ll Do:

  • Manage product sampling campaign requests, including gathering additional information or requirements where needed and prioritizing new requests
  • Own continuous operations improvement initiatives and support overarching Product Reviews Programs Roadmap
  • Own program KPIs and performance reporting, including data analysis, report building, and insight generation to share on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Coordinate with third-party vendor to manage Chewy’s Pawsibilities Community
  • Manage product order processing and fulfillment activities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for program stakeholders and the reviews and ratings platform vendor campaign management team
  • Facilitate vendor participation through Category Managers, including contract amendments
  • Identify technical or operational issues and work directly with partner teams or program vendors to resolve
  • Conduct training and information sessions to share the program procedures and updates
  • Generate and maintain program operational documentation, policies, and data tracking
  • Communicate status risks, changes to roadmap, and program milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Partner with leaders to author and present program business reports and annual planning documents

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to dive into the program details as well as think strategically about program direction
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency
  • Desire to learn, grow, and be part of an exciting program in a unique team

Bonus

  • Previous experience with product sampling for reviews program operations
  • Previous experience using Smartsheet or similar software
  • Previous experience using JIRA software to manage projects or program operations
  • Previous experience with SQL to extract data and build reports
  • Previous experience building Tableau dashboards
  • E-commerce or customer facing experience

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.

Pay Range
$95,500$152,500 USD
