Chewy is growing! We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and results-driven Manager, Healthcare Program Management to join the largest and fastest growing online pet retailer. In this role, you will lead the Pharmacy Merchandising Operations team supporting the Pharmacy and Compounding businesses by owning and maintaining the growing item and vendor catalogs. You will use data to analyze merchandising workflows and opportunities, working collaboratively with our other internal cross-functional partners to implement improved and standardized processes across the Pharmacy business. Does this sound like you?   • Oversee a team of 2 team members responsible for all merchandising functions surrounding our Pharmacy and Compounding businesses, including:
    • Item Catalog Set-up and Maintenance
    • Vendor Catalog Set-Up and Maintenance
    • Vendor Rebates
    • Vendor Invoicing Holds
    • Vendor Creation
  • Be the data steward for all things Pharmacy and its catalog, understanding how our items and features function within our EDW and able to produce ad-hoc analysis for our Merchandising partners.
  • Build and maintain production reporting used by our Compounding Operations teams in Tableau.
  • Partner with the Pharmacy Merchandising Teams as well as cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Pricing and Compliance to execute new catalog additions and new business catalogs impacting Pharmacy.
  • Own and develop the Rx Merch Ops future roadmap and ensure these features are supported by other cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure SOPs are consistently updated with the addition of new features and details for all our Merchandising functions.
  • Own and manage new Pharmacy projects by creating project plans, owning weekly meetings and collaborating with cross functional partners across Chewy.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of related program management work experience
  • Experience commercializing new items in e-commerce, retail or consumer packaged goods
  • Strong ability to lead and influence others and provide analysis and recommendations to accelerate projects
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and adjust easily to changing demands
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
