Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for a Director, Partner Marketing to join our Site Experience Team to develop paid marketing programs for Chewy’s suppliers and vendor partner brands. This leader will establish a holistic customer experience and monetization strategy across supplier-focused content and features. This leader will work collaboratively with category management, advertising, product management, site merchandising, marketing, finance, and analytics teams to create programs that deliver value to Chewy’s customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have retail, advertising, partner marketing, and/or e-commerce experience, and will be a data-driven leader, who is comfortable working and influencing cross-functionally. The business is growing quickly, so this leader will have a clear point of view but be flexible enough to pivot as needed based on shifting landscape and business demands.

This role is based in Plantation, FL, Bellevue, WA or Boston, MA

What you'll do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team to drive program strategies and execution.
  • Define the customer experience strategy for supplier-focused programs within the Chewy’s marketing eco-system to include site merchandising, email, etc.
  • Define monetization strategies for valuation for supplier paid marketing programs
  • Lead integration of supplier paid marketing programs and advertising product development
  • Drive a roadmap to evolve and improve paid marketing experience
  • Manage and scale program operations with category management and finance
  • Define and scale web analytics and data to guide ongoing improvements and optimize supplier programs to drive category revenue and monetization goals

What you'll need:

  • College degree in business-related field
  • 10+ years work experience, with 2+ years in ecommerce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally
  • Demonstrate a data-driven approach to problem solving and prioritization
  • Ability to think ahead and set plans in motion for future growth needs

Bonus:

  • MBA
  • Experience in e-commerce back-end operations and Google Analytics
  • Experience in partner marketing and digital advertising fields
