Director, HR Business Partner

Bellevue, WA

Our Opportunity:

At Chewy, it is our mission to become the most trusted and convenient online destination for pet parents and our partners – vets and service providers – alike.  Our success is measured by the happiness of the people and pets we serve, not simply by the amount of pet supplies we deliver. That’s why we continue to think of outside-the-Chewy-box ways to delight, surprise, and thank our loyal pet lovers!

Chewy is hiring a Director, Human Resources Business Partner, to join our team!   Our HR Business Partners are helping to find, grow, and keep the remarkable group of talent that are our Chewtopians. You’ll be an advocate of Chewy’s culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build and scale their organizations. Whether coaching our business partners on how to lead their teams or managing programs that help develop our people, you are focused on putting the customer first.  A strategic leader who can Think Big and roll up their sleeves to build high performing teams in a dynamic space. Collaborate with our Retail & Marketing senior leadership (both as partners and as clients) across the organization. Using your passion for solving complex and ambiguous problems growing e-Commerce business.
