Director, Brand Merchandising

Chewy

Director, Brand Merchandising

Boston, MA

At Chewy, we strive to become the most trusted and convenient online destination for pet parents and our partners – vets and service providers – alike. Our success is measured by the happiness of the people and pets we serve, not simply by the amount of pet supplies we deliver. That’s why we continue to think of outside-the-Chewy-box ways to delight, surprise, and thank our loyal pet lovers.

Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for a Director, Brand Merchandising to join our Site Experience team. This highly cross functional role collaborates with our Advertising and Integrated Marketing teams to deliver a compelling full funnel offering for our vendor partners who want to tell their National Brand stories on our site, and our Category Management and Finance teams to create a monetization strategy, delivering value to Chewy’s customers and vendors. The ideal candidate will have vendor or vendor facing experience in the ecommerce space, and will be a data-driven leader, who is focused on building high trust relationships and finding mutually beneficial outcomes. The business is growing quickly, so this role requires a clear point of view that is flexible enough to adjust as needed based on shifting landscape and business demands.
