Our Opportunity:

The Program Manager will lead the adoption of Chewy Partner Hub (CPH), Chewy's new enterprise workflow platform for vendors and internal customers and lead all aspects of the migration of Jira and Oracle CRM into a unified system to transform CPH by 2026. This initiative spans seven critical product domains: Vendor and Assortment Lifecycle Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, Catalog & Pricing, Procure-to-Pay, Marketing & Advertising, Dispute Management, and Reporting & Analytics. The Program Manager will focus on driving adoption based on feedback from CM and customers, creating actionable enhancements. By fostering engagement and ensuring high user satisfaction, this role will directly contribute to operational efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. Does this sound like you? Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the adoption of CPH and associated systems migration to improve CPH capabilities.
  • Drive feedback-based improvements in system design, ensuring enhanced operational workflows.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive change management plans, training, support, and office hours for product releases, ensuring alignment with new module launches and process updates.
  • Track and share relevant feedback with Product Managers to drive product enhancements.
  • Drive the execution of adoption metrics and case studies, ensuring successful user onboarding and retention.
  • Act as a partner to provide input as Product develops proposed timelines, workflows, user stories, BRDs, regulatory standards, and UAT.
  • Conduct customer training sessions to ensure readiness for new workflows.
  • Create detailed videos and step-by-step how-to guides to enable effective adoption of new workflows.
  • Conduct weekly office hours to provide ongoing support and address any adoption issues.
  • Monitor and assess the efficiency of workflows across different product domains and work with users to identify areas for improvement or streamlining.

This position will require leading the way in adoption and driving measurable, feedback-driven enhancements. By monitoring system metrics and leading training sessions, the Program Manager will ensure that the deployment of CPH meets its intended goals and supports long-term business growth.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to adapt strategies and approaches in response to evolving business needs.
  • Strong ability to build trust and credibility with customers by deeply understanding their business challenges and providing actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and align cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for instructing and training, with experience leading learning sessions, facilitating workshops, or guiding teams through new processes.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment across multiple teams, balancing high-quality execution with the need for agility and speed.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize effectively while maintaining a strategic perspective.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance adoption strategies.
  • Comfort with public speaking and the ability to confidently lead customer discussions, training sessions, and change management initiatives.
  • Travel expectations: 15%

Bonus:

  • Experience in vendor management/merchandising, sales, marketing, and general management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Smartsheet, PowerPoint
  • Experience in product lifecycle management and project management tools

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.

Pay Range
$76,000$114,000 USD
