The Chevron Business Support Center located in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina, is accepting online applications for the position of Quality and Training Specialist for our Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS), through 02/13/2022 at 12:00 AM, Buenos Aires.

This position ensures that business processes are executed in a consistent and effective manner in accordance with the defined standard operating procedures. The Specialist manages periodic quality audits and partners with customers to identify improvement opportunities and identifies training and coaching opportunities to continuously improve delivery of services. Also manages the technical  onboarding program and continuous learning for Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) new hires and tenured employees and the Customer Satisfaction Survey by looking at benchmark data.

Job Description:

  • Monitor the performance of the HRSS team (responsible for answering calls, cases and chat tickets)

  • Lead quality assessment and customer satisfaction survey reporting

  • Evaluate performance by identifying historical trends and monitoring quality control data analysis

  • Making of reports and analysis related to the performance of the HRSS operation.

  • Develop and design controls for audits and improvements

  • Leverage performance metrics data to identify new training requirements

  • Analyze effectiveness of training activities. Modify training content as needed.

  • Conduct and participate in calibration sessions, benchmarking sessions, and best practice sharing with internal and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate, preferably in Human Resources, Engineering, or Economic careers.

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in quality control or PMO role

  • Strong background in using QA tools and systems, and handling QA processes

  • Can work across all levels of management to build relationships

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in Workday and ServiceNow or similar systems is an advantage

  • Knowledge in PowerBI, SharePoint, or similar tools is an advantage

  • Must be flexible to attend meetings outside of regular time zone

Relocation Options:

Relocation will not be considered.
