Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Participate in the design, implementation and troubleshooting of our global network infrastructure
Gather requirements and interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders to design and engineer our global network infrastructure

Create technical design documentations (HLD, LLD, Network Diagrams and implementation/test plan)
Provide comprehensive tier-3 support for the operational teams
Interact with global peers within the network design, operation and across other support teams, to solve the more challenging escalated problems as well as simple to the more complex change implementations
Implement and maintain processes, procedures and associated plans for network infrastructure including administration, usage and disaster recovery
Document standard operating procedures, diagrams, and training materials for use by the team
Communicate effectively regarding maintenance of networked technologies
Enforce a strong focus and disciplined approach to maintenance and improvement of network availability and reliability which includes development and continuous improvement of operational practices and processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a network engineering role focusing on enterprise and/or service provider network design and administration
Hands-on experience in BGP routing operation, design, and troubleshooting for Enterprise or Services Provider networks
Extensive experience of Internet, MPLS Core (MP-BGP, L2VPN, etc.)
Extensive experience of Juniper M/MX series, Junos
Working experience of Data Center network (Cisco Nexus, Catalyst with FabricPath, VXLAN, VPC, etc.), WLAN (Aruba, Cisco), Firewall (Cisco, Palo Alto)
Working experience of Software Defined Network (SDN), Network Function virtualization (NFV) and Cloud applications
Comprehensive knowledge in IP & VoIP networking, data communications and cloud engineering with an understanding and experience dealing with multi-service IP networks, data network strategies, multi-vendor equipment and network protocols
Exceptional written and oral communication skills are essential, customer focus, and ability work with both technical and non-technical people.
Experience working with offshore/global teams is desired
A strong desire to take on new challenges that will not only develop yourself, but will help to contribute to the operation at a higher level
Regional travel required around regular and extended business hours
Ability to mentor and train junior team members is strongly desired
Required CCNP Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Able to analyze problems and conduct effective fault diagnosis and system recovery
Capable of working/using own initiative with minimal supervision
Self-motivated
Keen to contribute ideas, share knowledge and help others develop
Working experience with Azure networking, Internet Exchange, Cloud Exchange
Scripting experience using Python, Ansible, node.js, ksh, bash, are a plus
SAFe Agile Practitioner is a plus
