This role is responsible for managing project stewardship across the Products & Technology (P&T) organization.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Managing the project portfolio by leading the project governance team, provide transparency of the project portfolio through monthly/quarterly reviews, highlights trade-off, works to reallocate funds, continuously validates commercial value and highlights risks and barriers to enable speed to market
Supports special projects focused on delivering lubricants product line optimization solutions and value

Participate on digital/system integration and reporting team to calculate and track opportunities for value creation
Leads Product & Technology leadership team meetings and prepare appropriate reporting requirements.
Fully understands P and L impact of all business activity, conducts variance analysis on budget and operational key parameters, works with functions to identify opportunities to eliminate constraints preventing the maximization of value across lubricants & fuels P&T teams
Collaborate with IT and Finance organizations to ensure consistent functionality and standardization of the data and metrics
Lead other special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5 to 10 years of related experience
Knowledge of lubricants and fuels
Understanding of international markets
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of SAP
Power BI expertise
Sales experience
Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Wave Analytics
Relocation Options:
Relocation may be considered.
