About the team/role
Checkr’s Supply Chain team is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Performance Manager (individual contributor) to support our growing initiatives. In this role, you will function as a key liaison between the Supply Chain Organization and internal stakeholders including, Engineering, Customer Success, and Product. The Senior Supply Chain Performance Manager will work closely with the core supply chain team to manage visibility on high value issues and communicate key milestones and goals with the rest of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing ongoing initiatives, and a strong ability to collaborate with technical and GTM teams to drive process improvements and align roadmaps effectively.

What you’ll do

  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement:  Spearhead and manage the day-to-day implementation of a comprehensive vendor performance management system and oversee continuous improvement cycles across the Supply Chain tooling stack to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
  • Vendor Scorecard & Dashboard Management: Prepare comprehensive scorecards, performance reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to guide the vendor review process.
  • Incident Response: Create, manage, and continually update cross-functional communication vessels to ensure aligned delivery of roadmap and run-the-business items, optimizing collaboration and efficiency.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Work closely with the Supply Chain and other teams to implement strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing operations and enhancing vendor partnership value.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on reporting, systems implementations, and process optimization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify insights, optimize processes, and help drive data-informed decisions.
  • Able to work collaboratively across teams to integrate strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing changing priorities effectively

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote, we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion. The base salary range for this role is $95,000 to $112,000 in Denver, CO.
