About the role

As a Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for driving outsized business outcomes for the broader revenue organization, comprising marketing, channel, alliances, industry, sales, and customer success teams.  We are seeking a senior level employee with a track record of building automated and sustainable infrastructure, while partnering with a variety of cross functional teams to drive multi-million dollar annual revenue growth.  You will report to the Sr Manager of Revenue Analytics, Revenue Operations.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with our revenue team leads to deliver high quality reporting solutions, supporting a data-driven culture of accountability and transparency
  • Standardize reporting solutions for marketing ops to partner with their teams and hold them accountable for activity and results
  • Automate standard reporting tasks to provide consistent visibility and provide leverage to the rest of the RevOps team
  • Establish and refine marketing performance metrics to influence our strategic direction as we scale our marketing channels
  • Lead the RevOps customer acquisition forecasting function and collaborate closely with Finance partners to track how we are performing against targets
  • Partner closely with Business Systems teams to ensure that new processes and automation updates improve overall data quality

What you bring

  • 7+ years of related experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Growth Analytics, or Business Intelligence
  • 5+ years experience working with Marketing and Sales teams and a solid understanding of typical GTM metrics
  • Ability to translate business processes and data into analytics solutions.
  • Expert level SQL proficiency as well as familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo (or comparable marketing automation tools) and a BI tool (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Strong background in dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different functions and understand the “need behind the request”
  • Experience troubleshooting data discrepancies and working with Business Systems and Engineering teams to fix upstream data issues
  • Strong curiosity to figure out how things work and create order from chaos
  • A tough yet positive attitude; you have a keen eye for what is working well and what needs improvement

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote, we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion. The base salary range for this role is  $153,650 to $180,765 in San Francisco, CA.
