Checkout.com is actively looking for a passionate and driven Associate to join the Strategic Finance and Planning team.  You’ll join the go-to-market team that manages net revenue forecasting, reporting, and analytics.  This role will own the global net revenue forecast model working closely with our Commercial teams to help drive growth.  We are looking for a candidate with the ability to work in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.  

Strategic Finance and Planning is a critical function sitting at the center of the broader finance team to help the CFO and other senior leaders. The team runs our planning processes, forecasts and budgeting across the organization.  You'll play a central role in implementing new processes in a fast-scaling international organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Build and maintain revenue forecasts to help analyze current business performance

  • Assist in running key financial processes including forecasting, budget planning, metrics reporting, and other analysis

  • Identify and track metrics to measure team-specific and company-wide trends, see opportunities and provide recommendations

  • Ensure revenue trends are well understand through monthly reporting and analysis

  • Partner with accounting and other finance teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting

  • Help define and implement new metrics to measure ROI

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure data consistency, quality, and appropriateness

Qualifications

About you

  • 4-6 years of Investment Banking, strategic finance, or FP&A specific experience

  • Strong Excel, analytical, and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent communicator - ability to clearly articulate insights and influence and align stakeholders

  • Attention to detail and proactive about identifying problems and implementing solutions

  • Self-starter, with a proven track record to enact change in a fast-paced environment 

  • Experience in Financial Services and Payments a plus, but not required
