The role

We are looking for a junior lifecycle marketer to join our team. As a junior lifecycle marketer at Checkout.com you will set up email communications, run audience segmentations and help bring new email programs to life. You will support global cross-functional teams in keeping their audience engaged and delivering various types of regional campaigns on an ongoing basis. You will be reporting into the Director of Growth Marketing and be tasked with launching email programs that drive engagement, accelerate pipeline and generate cross-sell/upsell opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of the Growth Marketing team and take part in building a top-notch lifecycle marketing program at Checkout.com. As this is a technical role that requires cross-functional collaboration, it would most fit someone who enjoys working with data, has superb attention to detail, and that is a team player who can excel in a fast-paced environment.

How you'll make an impact

  • Work with other lifecycle marketers to set up email campaigns and programs for their target audiences.

  • Work with marketers across all regions to localise email campaigns and provide them with tactical support, as needed; this would include campaign builds, setting up event invites, email sequence automations and more.

  • Work within Salesforce Account Engagement platform (aka ‘Pardot’) to set up campaigns and programs, track performance, and collaborate with Marketing Ops on building audience segments.

  • Monitor and analyse performance data to identify actionable insights and inform campaigns optimisations or adjustments.

Qualifications

About you

  • 1 year of experience in CRM/email/lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations roles.

  • Strong technical/analytical orientation, with superb attention to detail and a passion for data.

  • A team player and great communicator; capable of working cross-functionally and collaborating with stakeholders on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, agile and resiliant. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, own projects end-to-end and always have a bias for action.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in both written and verbal communications.

  • Bonus points for basic HTML knowledge, and/or experience using Pardot, SFDC or other CRM systems.
