This production support engineer role supports our Compliance and Legal technology platform. The role requires a highly skilled individual who understands the fast pace demands, and on call nature, of supporting production systems. In this role you would support multiple compliance and Legal applications that meet our ongoing regulatory requirements.

What you have
Required
- 5+ Years of Windows and Linux admin experience
- 3+ years of experience in database principles, such as SQL, Oracle or Mongo DB
- 3+ Experience with Agile practices. Kanban experience a plus.
- 3+ years Monitoring production environments
- 3+ years of Scripting experience- PowerShell, kshell, BASH, etc
- Problem and Incident management experience
Disaster recovery experience - BS or MS in computer science or related technical field
- Experience supporting releases implementation and change management for applications in production.
- We are a production support organization. On call support on weekends nights and holidays will be required on rotation.
- Self-starter who can grasp difficult concepts and large architectures quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communications, teamwork, and problem-solving skills preferred.
- Ability to interact and communicate successfully with business partners and technology teams.
- Desire to mentor peers and junior staff
- Desire to be a technical leader within a production support environment
- A yearning to understand and leverage new tools and technologies.

- Compliance and Legal business experience a plus
- Fortune 500/ large company experience a plus
