The Schwab organization is looking for a highly motivated Business System Analyst who will be responsible for release process and development projects working closely with Lead Analyst and development team members. They will be accountable for documentation of user stories, software development process requirements, testing, and will develop in-depth knowledge of Schwab's data inventory, data quality, and Schwab's governance policies and standards. The Business Analyst will report to the Senior Manager for DaRT Information Management within Data and Rep Technology.

What you'll do:
- Run agile ceremonies, i.e., daily stand-ups, sprint plaining, story writing.
- Active story writing: Collaborating with the business to define requirements and ensuring developers meet those specifications.
- Maintain documentation and controls: Ensure that tools and programs within our team are adequately documented and controlled.
- Release management: You'll be responsible for gathering comprehensive information to document releases, ensuring adherence to our change management system standards.
- Software development lifecycle adherence: Assist with procedures and provided necessary documentation throughout the software development lifecycle, i.e. testing, process procedures, gathering sign offs from the business.
- Monitoring, reporting and follow-up: Track work outputs and ensuring timely follow-ups with business, other analysts, and developers.
- Informatica Data Quality application demonstrations for business stakeholders
- Utilize all data management tools: Collibra, Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog and Informatica Data Quality.
- Assist with Data Inventory Program, Data Quality, and Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog platform administration.
What you have
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years' experience working in a regulatory, risk, and compliance environment and supporting associated projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects.
- Ability to focus on meeting tight deadlines and deliverables on target deadlines.
- Analyst should have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Tool Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook etc.)
- Experience working in data management tools including technical and business metadata, data quality, data profiling, and/or data lineage, etc.
- Knowledge of Informatica Collibra, Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog, Informatica Data Quality preferred but not required.
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
