Duties: Configure and develop on the Cloud Infrastructure selected for conversational AI platform migration. Implement new conversational flows to help customers to answer the concerns in structural way. Implement new features and maintain the existing backend applications in conversational platform. Work with the product team to get the detailed requirements and work with the team to implement the new features on conversational platform functional area. Implement unit testing on new features. Support the incremental modernization of the platform infrastructure and codebase. Facilitate the execution of the production change management process by creating detailed instructions for the implementation of platform feature changes. Provide secondary analysis and support of full and partial system outages. Review and provide feedback or approval of code changes implemented by other team members. Guide and mentor junior developers.

Salary: $170,734.20 - $253,000.00 per year

What you have

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or a related field and 6 years of progressive, post-bachelor's related experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or a related field and 4 years of related experience. Experience must include 4 years involving the following skills: Implementing new features on Conversational Platform using Java Spring boot; Cloud Migration; Deploying Micro Services to support backend functionality for the Conversational Platform; REST and SOAP services in Mulesoft and Oracle SOA Suite; and Utilizing relational databases to store and retrieve the customer events.
