Pay range: USD $139,550.00 - $168,600.00 / Year

Duties: Design, develop, modify, implement, or test software for various purposes. Engage with the HR Technology Team to develop software solutions on the Drupal platform. Create and implement innovative technical solutions to meet our Business requirements. Partner with the Technology Team and with our Business partners to create and validate solutions. Work with the Business System Analysts to understand the requirements of the software and deliver the expected result with quality and detail as the focus. Interface with functional experts from our Learning, Talent Development, Engagement, and Schwab's management team. Establish and implement metrics to optimize team delivery and measure business agility in terms of predictability, reliability, and adaptability. Independently communicate with technical teams, business owners as needed during the design and implementation.

Salary: $139,550 to $168,600 per year

We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above. Benefits include: 401(k) w/ company match; employee stock purchase plan; paid vacation, volunteering, 28-day sabbatical after every 5 years of service for eligible positions; paid parental leave and family building benefits; tuition reimbursement; health, dental, and vision insurance; hybrid/remote work schedule available for eligible positions (subject to Schwab's internal approach to workplace flexibility).

What you have

Job Requirements: Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 6 months of experience in a related occupation.. Experience must include 6 months involving the following: Drupal 8/9/10 development including custom module development, migrating sites, theming plus, front and back end, and full stack development; Developing Object-Oriented (OO) code or provide maintenance and enhancements to existing code and developing deliverables with WCAG and section 508 accessibility best practice compliance; JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, PHP, jQuery and Relational databases including SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL; Acquia Site / Cloud interface to manage sites and track bugs in existing code; Acquia BLT/Acquia pipelines to control CI/CD code deployment process using Bitbucket or GitHub to approve or deny pull requests from developers; Develop unique, cutting-edge applications and troubleshoot issues for different handset and user requirements in PHP using Visual Studio Code as an IDE and Docker/MAMP to manage and maintain local code development process; and Translating business process software requirement specifications into prototypes and solutions utilizing Atlassian set of tools for Agile project/code management including GitHub, JIRA, or Confluence.
