Duties: Building our validation automation framework which will bring scalability and efficiency to model validation. Develop automated solution for model creation, implement feature engineering, model performance optimization, and functions to test various characteristics such as fairness, bias, explainability, interpretability, and data drift. Develop model hosting solution and integrate with the existing infrastructure to enable model serialization, execution, performance monitoring, and sensitivity testing for the hosted models. Develop data pipelines using major ETL tools like SQL Server Integration Service (SSIS) or Informatica. Utilize agile software development and management tools. Design software solutions according to the established acceptance criteria and programming standards. Determine and address root causes of production issues in timely manner. Lead infrastructure related projects with Schwab IT departments, such as identifying and adding new Python libraries to Schwab approved Anaconda repositories. Contribute positively to team culture by performing work in a professional manner and making decisions that improve user satisfaction.

Salary: $161,886 to $253,000 per year

Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.

What you have

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field and 72 months (6 years) of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master's degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science or related field and 48 months (4 years) of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Requires progressive, post-Bachelor's related experience (6 years with Bachelor's or 4 years with Master's), which must include experience in each of the following skills: 1. Develop enterprise application backend using mainstream object-oriented programming languages like Java or C#. 2. Develop enterprise application frontend using Angular 2, HTML and CSS. 3. Create and maintain database schemas and SQL stored procedures for relational databases. 4. Create continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) process for software applications using Bamboo. 5. Develop data ingestion solutions such as data pipelines, adapters or ETL process. 6. Adhere to Agile software development methodology using tools like Jira and Github. 7. Build and deploy applications on cloud platform.
