We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Management (individual contributor), to join the Segmentation Enablement and Client Data Strategy team and support the planning and delivery effort of the Enabling Segmentation and Personalization program.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business and technical savvy; the ability to understand the business needs and translate them to many product teams. You must be hands-on, be able to work with both technical and business partners to get into the details and clearly refine requirements and keep work moving in a timely manner. Project management experience, attention to detail, clear communication and organization are highly valued skills for this role.

What you'll be responsible for:
You are responsible for the supporting our team of SMEs through planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing business requirements, facilitating business design sessions, and working closely with PPM to understand progress, risk, issues, and decisions made across the program. The Sr. Manager's job also includes preparing material for and supporting the facilitation of quarterly planning, roadmaps and maintaining JIRA and Confluence. Additionally, you will also be assigned an enterprise to support as a Subject Matter Expert, enabling your business partners to work with ESP to progress their segmentation needs.
What you'll do:
- Intimately understand the work our organization does and how our processes and structure support the progression of firmwide segmentation efforts
- Facilitate ongoing planning working sessions, refinement meetings and other critical planning meetings that lead to decision making and alignment
- Become one of the Subject Matter Experts on the SEEDS team for intaking new strategic initiatives and managing our opportunity backlog
- Influence structure and routines for our organization that improves our overall operating model through planning and resource orchestration
- Ensure proper hygiene of our JIRA backlog, create reports and visuals that represent progress and status of refinement, design and delivery
- Independently forge and strengthen relationships with partners and peers through ongoing one-on-ones and working sessions to resolve open issues
What you have
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of work experience, including 3+ years of project or product management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Documented xperience with JIRA, Confluence and project management tools
- Demonstrated collaborative style, with ability to lead and influence diverse teams
- Strong communication skills and with high-level of comfort leading meetings and facilitating very active working sessions, especially with business and technology partners present
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment while introducing structure and frameworks for problem-solving
- Excellent collaborator who thrives on working with others in a matrixed organizational environment

- Active listener who can synthesize many details and is not afraid to "go into the weeds" to solve problems
- Self-starter mindset with a willingness to jump in and learn, make quick decisions, and pivot towards better solutions when needed
- Flexible and comfortable with change as business and organization is undergoing transformation
