Duties: Lead Product team to create end-to-end long-term integrated product strategy and visioning, set the vision for the product line, and ensure all are aligned to the vision. Lead and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring they are motivated, productive, and effective in managing their respective product areas. Address complex problems that affect product performance or team dynamics, including technical challenges, market shifts, and internal conflicts. Key stakeholder coordination to communicate and build strategic consensus on quarterly priorities. Manage charitable development by Product Managers and Product Owners to ensure scrum teams fulfill the vision for our products. Promote a culture of product innovation by encouraging experimentation and adoption of new technologies. Build cross-enterprise relationships with leaders, partners, and stakeholders across the organization to solidify partnerships and execute goals, including alignment on the roadmap, product priorities, and trade-off decision-making. The position supervises 4 employees, including: 4 Sr. Manager, Digital Product Management.

Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.

Salary: $255,944 to $276,000 per year

What you have

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor's related experience..

Experience must include some experience in each of the following skills: Confluence, Jira, Tableau, and Figma; Data Analysis using Adobe and Tableau; Agile Methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean principals, feature-driven development, and Agile frameworks such as Scaled Agile; Writing development stories and business cases; Cloud-based collaboration software Mural and Visio; SOAP and REST services, and MONGO or Oracle DB; and UI technologies .Net or Java, and additional technologies Rabbit MQ and Architectural designs.
