Duties: Analyze current technology infrastructure and processes within the technology organization. Develop technology strategies to support the business objectives and outcomes. Collaborate with the cross functional teams to identify the technology needs and opportunities. Research and evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact. Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision making. Provide points of view, insights, and recommendations for optimizing the technology resources and investments. Prepare Quarterly Executive Reports to the executive leadership, highlighting the technology initiatives and improvements and their impact on the key performance indicators. Develop board communication decks to articulate technology strategic initiatives and their alignment with the business objectives. Create and curate technology forum material for internal events sharing insights on the industry trends, best practices, new technology strategies progress, and innovation in the technology.

Salary: $215,936 to $253,000 per year
Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.
What you have
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, plus 60 months of progressive, post-bachelor's related experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree plus 36 months of related experience. Experience must include some experience in each of the following skills: Data Analysis and visualization tools like Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to analyze and visualize data for decision making and strategic insights; Structure Query Language (SQL) and Python programming language for database querying and data manipulation; Developing and managing data warehouses for centralized storage including reference and master data analysis; Designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines using Informatica, Python programming language or PL/SQL language; Cloud platforms and infrastructure like GCP, AWS, or Azure including infrastructure, services, and migration strategies; and Software development tools and methodologies using Agile, Scrum, JIRA, or Rally to manage and deliver projects.
