We have an opportunity for a software engineer in Client Reporting Technology working hands on with applications that enable regulatory forms to be delivered to clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with top talent and help shape the future of the client and business experience with our forms. As part of this team, you will work with our technology leaders to create and maintain a pipeline of regulatory forms for use throughout Schwab, automate delivery pipelines, and work to deliver valuable information to the business teams regarding the forms they utilize. This is a highly visible role as the Specialist will collaborate with product owners, business partners, delivery managers and scrum masters in identifying root causes of issues or bugs identified and remediating them efficiently.

What you have
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering OR related degree and/or practical experience
- Professional level Java web and service development skills, typically built through 2-3 years of applicable experience developing in Java/Spring
- Experience in developing Microservices, REST API's using Java/Spring boot built through 2-3 years of experience
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Bitbucket/Bamboo/Jenkins/GitHub etc.
- Experience participating as a member of a scrum team in an agile environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Enthusiastic relationship builder: ability to partner multi-functionally and work efficiently with different levels and functions within an organization
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager forms and sites a plus
- Experience with frameworks such as Java, Java Core, Spring, Hibernate, Maven
- Experience coding in Angular, Typescript, Javascript, HTML, CSS, bootstrap, backbone ReactJS
- Experience working with web servers Jboss, weblogic, IIS, Apache
- Knowledge of Web Content Management Systems
